Who We Serve

Mission Control’s primary function is to increase the capacity of IT providers in servicing their clients. We become either the dedicated, overflow, or after-hours Helpdesk and NOC roles as an extension of the IT provider so that it is seamless to their client, the end-users. Our clients are IT service providers looking to utilize us as a way to provide enhanced support to their clientele, allowing them to focus on growing their businesses.

With decades of combined experience in the IT business, our certified technicians are well-versed in the most efficient ways to support all different sizes of IT services companies and MSPs alike that sometimes don’t have the dedicated resources required to meet demanding customers’ requirements or handle their more complex technical requests.

Our Vision

Back when we started, there was a clear lack of options for IT companies struggling with overflow or after-hours NOC and helpdesk support calls. Many of these businesses had to close up shop, either because they were losing too many dissatisfied customers, or because they couldn’t afford to run a 24-hour operation. We set out to change that.

Our Mission

Since the inception of Mission Control, we’ve made one thing clear to every one of our internal stakeholders: Integrity is job #1. So when clients refer us to other short-handed IT companies — conveying that Mission Control is their Trusted and Reliable NOC and HelpDesk Services firm — we feel like we’re doing our job.
